So lately I have been on a smoothie kick. I go through phases like this. I have recently discovered a super yummy blend of fruits (and veggies!) into an amazing shake.
Here is what you will need:
Handful of frozen strawberries
Whole banana
A scoop of plain greek yogurt
Half of an avocado
and juice of choice (I am using a green juice blend)
I know this combo sounds crazy, but the avocado gives the smoothie a very creamy texture and adds great nutrition. Once you blend it all up you can't taste the avocado. Enjoy!
